Price & Delivery Charges
Please refer to our website for product prices and delivery charges. Delivery charges are variable depending on customer order and apply to mainland UK. (Note that fish is not liable for VAT). |
Delivery & Despatch
All products will be despatched to the address requested by an insured carrier, chosen due to it's reliable reputation and quality of service it provides and shall be delivered in polystyrene boxes with ice packs to ensure temperature-controlled conditions. Orders requesting delivery as soon as possible will be despatched within 48 hours, but are guaranteed to be despatched within 5 days of receipt of order with an expected delivery time of between 24-48 hours approximately. |
Payment
Here at the Spey Valley Smokehouse we adopt a policy of full payment upfront so as to save time and confusion and will retain full property of the goods until such payment has been received. This can be done by using most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. |

Confirmation of Order
On receipt of the customers' order and payment they will receive an e-mail with details of their order. |
Returns Procedure
Due to the perishable nature of our products the Spey Valley Smokehouse will not accept returns. However, should you be at all dissatisfied with any of our products please do not hesitate to forward any complaints to our site Manager Jack Wilkinson

Unforseen Circumstances
Whilst the Spey Valley Smokehouse strives to fulfil the customers demands variations or cancellations to orders may be necessary as a result of unforseen circumstances such as War, Act of God, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or any other cause out with the control of the Spey Valley Smokehouse. |
Passing of Risk
The risk in the goods shall pass to you, the customer, on delivery of the product. |
Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish Law and you hereby agree to be the jurisdiction of the Courts of Scotland. |
