| In the Spey Valley we are developing a new initiative aimed at helping to maintain stocks of wild salmon in our local rivers. We hope that this will help to keep the centuries’ old tradition of angling in the Spey Valley alive. |

| The Scheme will be known as Catch and Release and will offer anglers who return their line caught wild salmon to the river a voucher to purchase a whole side of wild salmon from the Smokehouse for the discount price of £20. To claim their side of salmon, anglers will simply claim their voucher from their fishing association and present it at the Smokehouse along with £20. |
