Delivery & Despatch
All products will be despatched to the address requested by an insured carrier, chosen due to it's reliable reputation and quality of service it provides and shall be delivered in polystyrene boxes with ice packs to ensure temperature-controlled conditions. Orders requesting delivery as soon as possible will be despatched within 48 hours, but are guaranteed to be despatched within 5 days of receipt of order with an expected delivery time of between 24-48 hours approximately. Please Note: Last date for orders before Christmas is 14th of December and last despatch date is the 19th December. Any orders after 14 December will not be delivered until after the Christmas Holidays.
